DMA Solutions provides skilled maritime trades and technical support for U.S. Navy shipbuilding, modernization, maintenance, and repair programs. Our Maritime Solutions team supports shipyards, prime contractors, and industry partners with qualified personnel, responsive project execution, and a commitment to safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Our current capabilities are centered on marine electrical services, including shipboard electrical installation, cable installation and routing, Multiple Cable Transit (MCT) support, electrical system modifications, and compartment closeout activities. As requirements evolve, DMA Solutions provides the workforce, technical expertise, and project support necessary to help our customers execute critical maritime programs.

Marine Electrical Services

  • Installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of shipboard electrical systems and components in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements.

  • Installation, routing, dressing, securing, and supporting of electrical cables throughout vessels to ensure organized pathways, proper separation and identification, protection of cable integrity, and compliance with shipboard requirements.

  • Installation and packing of MCT to help maintain watertight, airtight, and MCT boundaries.

  • Installation, removal, connection, modification, and upgrade of shipboard electrical equipment, components, panels, and associated systems in support of vessel modernization, system replacements, technology upgrades, shipyard maintenance and overhaul periods, repairs, mission-related alterations, and vessel readiness requirements.

  • Identification, troubleshooting, repair, and corrective maintenance of shipboard electrical systems to restore reliable operation and minimize downtime.

  • Completion of electrical work within shipboard compartments, including final installations, cable dressing, labeling, cleanup, and preparation for turnover.

  • Support for inspections, quality-control activities, documentation, and corrective actions to ensure electrical installations meet applicable standards and specifications.

  • Providing qualified marine electricians and electrical trades personnel to support shipyards, prime contractors, and maritime programs with skilled, project-ready labor.

Supporting the Maritime Industrial Base

  • Supporting U.S. Navy shipbuilding programs with skilled electrical personnel and technical services that contribute to vessel construction, system installation, testing, and operational readiness.

  • Providing electrical installation and modification support for vessel upgrades, system replacements, technology enhancements, and mission-specific alterations.

  • Delivering responsive electrical trade support during planned maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and shipyard availability periods to help keep projects on schedule.

  • Supporting both government and commercial shipyard environments with qualified personnel capable of working within demanding production, maintenance, safety, and quality-control requirements.

  • Partnering with prime defense contractors to provide skilled marine electricians and electrical trade support that complements existing project teams and workforce requirements.

  • Providing experienced electrical personnel and installation support to maritime electrical contractors executing shipboard construction, modernization, maintenance, and repair projects.

  • Supporting federal maritime initiatives with qualified personnel and technical services aligned with program requirements, contract specifications, safety standards, and mission objectives.
